Cookie policy

Information about cookies and similar technologies used on urkoruiz.com, in accordance with Spanish Law 34/2002 (LSSI-CE), Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and the AEPD Guide on the use of cookies.

Last updated: April 17, 2026

1. What are cookies?

A cookie is a small data file that a website installs in the user’s browser to store information about their visit. The concept also includes similar technologies such as local storage, pixels or tags, which may serve the same function.

2. Does this site use cookies?

This website does not use first-party cookies or analytics, advertising, personalization or profiling cookies of any kind. For this reason, no consent banner is displayed: there are no cookies subject to consent that need to be enabled or rejected.

The measurement tools in use (Vercel Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights) are explicitly “cookieless”: they do not install cookies in the browser, do not store persistent identifiers and anonymize the IP address using a daily hash. Therefore, general navigation of the site does not involve the use of cookies.

3. Technical cookies that may be activated on the contact form

Only when the user interacts with the contact form, the Cloudflare Turnstile anti-spam verification service may install a strictly necessary cookie for security reasons, in order to distinguish legitimate users from automated traffic and protect the service from abuse.

In accordance with Recital 30 of the GDPR and the AEPD Guide on the use of cookies, cookies that are strictly necessary for providing a service expressly requested by the user (such as submitting a spam-protected form) are exempt from the consent requirement, although they must be reported in this policy.

4. How to disable or remove cookies

You can configure your browser at any time to block or delete cookies already installed. Each browser offers this functionality in its preferences or privacy menu. Here are some official links:

Disabling the Cloudflare Turnstile technical cookie may prevent the contact form from working correctly. In that case, you can write directly to hola@urkoruiz.com.

5. Changes to the cookie policy

If the site incorporates non-essential cookies in the future (for example, advanced analytics, advertising or personalization), this policy will be updated and a prior consent banner will be enabled, granular and revocable, with the options to accept, reject and configure as required by the AEPD Guide.
